I tweaked this Stew Peas recipe to fit my gluten-free and vegetarian diet
The ingredients:
2 cups Red Kidney Beans
2 tsp. Mustard
1 tsp. Salt
1/3 cup. Onion
1 tsp. Thyme
1 (or more) Scotch Bonnet or Jalapeno Pepper
4 cups of GF all purpose flour
1 tsp of kosher salt
1 tablespoon of turmeric
½ cup of butter
½ cup of unsalted butter
5 tablespoons of water
